Patricia Bellotti
Project Manager
Trish spent some of her formative years in the western suburbs of NSW and Brisbane QLD, relocating regularly from south as Wollongong NSW to Darwin NT, as a military kid (ARMY Brat).
Renting for most of her life Trish has experienced the hardships that come with the rental market and long process of being able to enter into the property market. Recently Trish moved back to NSW for work and has an appreciation of the current housing climate in New South Wales especially in comparison to Queensland.
Working in the construction industry going on 17 years means Trish has accumulated a body of knowledge in direction, coordination, implementation, executive control and completion of projects while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments and goals of all stakeholders.
As a qualified Project Manager Trish has delivered over $90m in projects over the last 6 years, is a respected industry figure and has been instrumental in raising the Provident Projects profile.
